The oppies are just a carrot to get the sophs to stump up the cash and get their fees.
Like the last oppies, no chance these will be converted.
If you want to trade them you will make cash because the big boys will pump and dump them because they got them for free.
Be very very careful playing the oppies if you do not understand them. This new issue of oppies will expire worthless like the last issued ones as well.
Do not think for a second they will get converted.
