Some GEO background

Initial 3D geochem announcement Productora SZ. 17/9/2021 As some have commented above no new discoveries came from this. Does not mean it may not be applicable in another area either because it works or by luck.

Combine it with geophysics and something may work to reveal what is under relatively shallow cover.



La Verde is beginning to resemble Dos Amigos as a late intrusive punched up and with variable mineralisation at a modest tier 2/3 size.
Don't have much information on the other better known targets in the area Praga, Tricolor, San Antonio and the past HCH project of Frontera (2013+-). There has been drilling at these and elsewhere in the HCH tenure around Domeyko.


This geology map begins to highlight the mineralised intrusives, in pink, with La Verde probably in the SE corner and now with a partially different lithology interpretation.
Chicken and egg conundrum. Geophysics reflecting geology and or vice versa. Geophysics could definitely reveal a larger intrusive complex under cover. Hopefully correct and yields more goodies.

Frontera was optioned by HCH for a period around 2013 with these results





Apparently a teaser of a deposit which HCH ultimately dropped at a time when Productora was looking the real deal. Also passed on by a North American major (from memory Noranda) to HCH.
The current exploration team have apparently walked the ground and liked what they saw.
Assays like the above would be superior to La Verde's IMO but geometry, size, and continuity??

In summary from a GEO perspective a good area to explore IMO.

Emphasis on GEO. Mix of all geo types

HCH, from comments above, are heading to the low end of finances and need a top up CR.
A perennial issue for this end of the exploration market and a tough crunch time for boards to make difficult decisions that won't be popular, though often necessary, with SH's.
