This type of Sh-ts happen on the big job whether it is in construction or mine sites, can be avoided for sure, but this thing do happen from time to time.
The seriousness of this depend on what type / quality of artefacts - at times - pieces of sandstone with few chisel marks can be classified by first nation people as treasure.
