yip. bought those two businesses in feb 2013 for a combined $4.6m including contingent consideration of $500k. i haven't checked to see whether or not that was earned (I expect it was as it became payable if an agreement was signed with Titan US).
8 and a bit years later, they've been sold for $1.04m. OUCH. a reminder that most acquisitions don't add value
