Great result IMO...
Low WALE and old building, yet they can sell at only 5% discount.. which is great...
I have no idea what will please the market and change the sentiment, clearly the interest rate cycle is near the peak, COF is also able to sell buildings at near book value.... so what is the 40% discount to NTA mean ? The market is clearly expecting more rate rises and also recession to hit COF, resulting in higher vacancies...
