Bourke st is in a prime position and has recently just signed some major tenants namely commonwealth bank and costa.. they are very close to full occupancy now
Robina is a very good divestment imo … well done to them
I’m surprised they can achieve such high price… hopefully not just selling to some other Cof funds and then we buy some over priced ones from their other funds …
