It reminds me of something that might have been tried 2 or 3 years ago, when the world was awash with free money, but not today when sources of capital are far more exacting.
Call me lacking in imagination, but I think there is a greater than 50% chance that SEQ continues to own 100% of Morrisons in 6 months' time, along with a few million dollars of cash in the bank that it would otherwise not have had.
