Thanks for posting, but I can't see the relevance to the Sargon situation you described in your post, and what's happening here.
In this case everything is at arm's length until SEQ get their hot little hands on all of the cash.
The only thing I felt very uneasy about was I saw was at this point, (i.e., transfer of control of Morrisons prior receiving full payment):
But in my contact with the company today, I learnt that there would be equal number of directors from SEQ and NQ on the Morrisons Board, but the Chair of the Morrisons board would have the deciding vote and he/she would be a SEQ appointee.
So control still retained by our guys at that point.
