You raise my major issue with management. They dont behave like astute investors. I love companies who work out cheap and do buybacks. These guys just dont at really any point - they may dip in buy 100k and then just stop. Almost like they are scared that they will run out of cash.
I dont understand it.
I must say I am bit confused, why hold 20% its a nothing number you cannot stop a special resolution. cannot stop yhe sale of the business.
