Yes , upon reflection a very good financial deal. I am probably frustrated as I am sitting on a lot of cash and not that much that seems cheap enough to invest in right now. So seeing one of my investments end up with a whole lot more cash doesn't excite me. You are correct this is a great deal and should underpin a share price rerate after the stale shareholder's or sellers exit. Maybe it is time for a glass of red and forget the week.
