It is indeed nuts.
However, they will need to hand it over appropriately capitalised, with $10m of Net Working Capital, so I'm not sure how much of the $40m will need to be retained within Morrions to fulfill that obligation.
Hey, even if the full $10m will need to be nettedoff the $40m consideration (which won't be the case), it would still be nuts.
