Seq will receive $40.5m for only 80% [which is way more than people here were forecasting] but appears will leave the $10.5m of capital in Morrisons. They still get $40.5m if the transaction concludes.
I presume they get their $10.5m back if they ever sell down the final 20% of Morrisons.
