Even after a year, I am till rather disappointed and quite bitter about GeoGAS being sold for half a mil here. Should've easily been sold for $2.5m. That's $2m pulled from under us, that could've gone towards funding more buybacks.
This incurred a $4.9m goodwill impairment writedown and was sold for the net assets of $500k. Truly astounding.
The RPM Global team has done very well in managing this business, but this will still continue to be one black mark on their report card in my books.
