Reminds me of the WFE/KDL (2015?) days when Alexander/Sainty/Halgreen had a similar situation. Alexander excused himself and Sainty and Halgreen negotiated the deal with..... Alexander from memory, hilarious stuff at the time. Funny how history can repeat.
Isn't it pretty standard for holders to get some shares in the *new* company?
