Creative thinking….They could sell Hamersley to the “new” company for the $7m in risky shares plus a few “sweets” thrown in. The “new” company could drill a few holes and magically get hyped up results, then the new company could sell it back to PF1 for say $100,000,000 in script and no sweets and no cash. PF1 could pay all the associated costs)
($100m is based on……I don’t know what!)
