Yes the vendor’s shares should be escrowed.
And the SP of the new company, if they can list it, could go to the moon or end up effectively worthless. Plenty of IPO’s @ 20c drift back to ~1-4c
In my opinion this amongst other things could be the reason for issuing $7m worth of shares at 20c
This deal if it gets over the line is good for the company and it’s directors but I fail to see how shareholders will get a benefit long term.
Looks a tony type deal.
