Thanks for the reply, and some honest feedback. In that case PF1 the company and intern its shareholders are " Huge Winners" IMO as a $35,000.00 asset ( Your Price ) has just ( if deal goes through ) a $7,000,000.00 windfall !
Again lots to play out here, but I can hardly see how spinning out Hamersley is not a win win, I mean $35k I would of bought it
FYI I think Hamersley is a $10mill to $20mill asset ATM, especially with the high ironOre price. But just a guess, and I reckon we will know soon enough with the IPO pickup !
