re: Ann: Divestment of Heemskirk Tin Project ... Yes, a good deal for Gippsland - I don't suppose it will happen but a distribution of SRZ shares to GIP shareholders would also a positive, and if it eventuates, it will be the first tangible benefit to Gippers since incorporation.
Regarding the valuation, I make no comment except that if I were the original valuer I'd be taking a short break from my duties.
