Good announcement - I just don't understand the 4th statement relating to the Net Debt position.

Debt Reduction$31.4m
Sale proceeds $28m
Expected OCF ? (last two years the OCF has been $24/25m) my low ball guess for FY18 is $20m
Looking at this, and at my guess, MCP will generate $28m (sale) + $20 (OCF) = $48m of cash, yet we will only reduce the net debt position by $31.4 m... Where is the missing $20m? Dividends (approx -$7m) or investment into existing products or have cash flows fallen off a cliff
