Agree. While that business may have its place in the world I doubt parents or families would want it associated with their core business and I'd say other potential suitors would feel exactly the same. There has got to be an increased bid or another bidder emerge soon. 44.5c today is promising but this should already be above 50 or 60 right now regardless of a bid.
