Go back and look athe dilution of SYR when it purchased all these projects through Jacana.
SYR had 40m shares on issue and issued 60m shares and 15m oppies to Jacana, so SYR holders were diluted down to 40% of the new company. Since then the shares have gone from about 10c to $1.40.

It is the same people behind that transaction as are behind the current one which is a 50% dilution, so my guess is that this will have a lot of support as info emerges of drilling programs, results etc etc.
