I am optimistic that this is the first step in a strategy to do just that or something similar If you recall the ERF strategy involved liquidation of an asset to provide a dividend and fund a buy back It looks like ECF were rushed into this announcement by a media report leaking news of the transactions - it could well be that there is a bigger picture but they weren't ready to release full details. In fact I would find it hard to believe there is not a strategy behind this and they just decided to sell a couple of properties for no particular reason,
