One would have thought that ASX disclosure rules would have required CYM to announce this transaction was carried out on a non-arms length basis considering the people who are behind Q Resources Pty Ltd are involved with CYM

Mind you the inference of setting the company up for a takeover has some merit behind it...

Not something if I were a SH that I'd like to see the BOD to be associated with but considering MJ sold this to AB previously and was involved with this when a director of Metals X and again in more recent times it doesn't surprise me.. LinQ resources fund previously were behind a bunch of Aussie junior companies in the 2000s with the most notable one I recall establishing the Lady Annie Cu project in Qld and could also have been involved in the early days of Millenium that had a project in the Pibara that went into bankruptcy in the late 2010s before being bought by Nova...
