I wouldn’t be surprised if NST (who basically have endless capital) approached HRZ. So it probably was quite a smooth process. I don’t think there can be any excuse for not being in production yet. If we go back to the RVT focus 2-3 years ago, gold prices were still incredibly high qnd around $1900-$2000usd. Exchange rate is better now making aud stronger but the inflation issues were also a bit lower back then levelling it out. No excuse for not getting a deal done in the past 3 years Imo. Comes down to poor management and this divestment will not change my vote even if it ensures no diluting low ball capital raise takes place any time soon.
