they mention that the new owners will build a warehouse for them to lease so they can stop using 3rd party storage which in return means they save money, my question is what is the difference from 3rd party storage to leasing a warehouse? where abouts will the money be saved? it will most likely cost more as they will need to lease all the warehouse where currently they are only paying for product stored, smoke and mirrors at work again and once again the devil is in the detail
