    We sell one of our smaller businesses for AUD $10M.
    More than our market cap.
    Approx $3M cash $7M shares in a company that plans to IPO.

    Looks like a great deal and understandable why they did this.

    At the same time the business continues to disappoint.

    If only the company started performing, stopped treating the business like a private company and communicated with shareholders better.
