"Quiet achiever". What have we achieved, supposedly? Repeated losses and no capital management strategy? We've basically been unable to sell for years.
That said, I think divesting this is a good move. It was impaired to zero, and it got some value. If we got broken up into parts and sold, we'd all do very well out of it, funnily enough.
