A good deal IMO and an asset probably totally disregarded by the market just like SFRs other projects.
Using an AUR SP of 11.5cps total consideration looks like A$28m or A$18m if you don’t believe the project will ever get into production. The options are interesting, they can’t go over 20% holding so effectively they need to sell down 32m shares by 30 November in order to exercise the options. Can’t imagine they can do that without completely tanking the SP. What are SFR playing at here? Very shrew businessmen.
