Good time to sell.
Not a bad price, not a good price, just a price accepted in order to get rid of it, whether they end up eventually getting and money from the NSR post 2023 or not.
The way the Philippines is governed, the perceived dictatorship and corruption, and the other sociopolitical problems, it's probably a relief to be out of the country with anything. Good riddance to the country, it's a basket case, better to take the hit and move on.
Good luck to the RED shareholders, which I was some years ago, but I still like to follow the story.
