So they raise a crap load, pay the owner out give her shares, they get paid Director fees and bonuses whatever based on the deal, share price collapses cause the business isnt making as much as it was supposed to make (wheres the DD?), then they sell the business for a massive discount and theyll probably get a bonus for that as well.
