    Agree, we need to know the liability and payment of the intercompany loan. If everything was ring fenced against THM the acquisition loan and this is what was paid "intercompany debt", then it is a good move. This allows the team to make bars and shakes and open the new keto based products.

    My concern is walking through Coles, Safeway I have not seen Halo products recently
