I wouldn't be belittling this deal at all .

Regardless of the cash burn in the past etc etc ..... look at this deal in the context of things

1. The company has effectively been under an "administration " courtesy of their main lender / share holder etc etc
( dont quote me on the precise specifics )

2, According to the last annual report released in march / April ??? this year there were approx 260 mill shares on issue ....I think this amount has been expanded due to some conversion of debt debentures or what ever ....so call it 300 mill shares on issue . ( guesstimate & others may know )

3. The quoted value of the deal to HPC of some 13 mill Aud = approx 4.3 cents a share ( that is X 4 times the market cap that the shares were trading at a day or so ago )

4. They have paid down all debt & no doubt simplified the shit out their business ......including operational costs ( once the deals is totally settled down and wrapped up ) - so they dont have a major creditor with his finger up their arse .

5. By the sounds of things they are feeling pretty confident about the US market ...and maybe getting traction

Work it out ......

I reckon we could see the share price steadily recover .... regardless of the Canada business

Its a buy in my book ...and I think we'll see a few knock ons as this news gets digested by interested holders
