    ONLY only one market to talk about and divided into online & store

    Meanwhile I'd love look at the operational cost details ( including the MD's personal / business related ) ...maybe and get that MD into a 2 bedroom unit some where ...... and structure his pay around performance ..... ( a combo of sales & profit / per territory ...... and online
    they need to start working !! )
