DIVIDEND: ARV: Arvida Announces Third Quarter Dividend

Arvida Group Limited (ARV) has announced a third quarter cash dividend for
the 2016 financial year of 1.05 cents per share. Imputation credits of 0.35
cents per share will be attached to the dividend representing income tax paid
by Arvida. Overseas investors will receive an additional supplementary
dividend of 0.1588 cents per share to offset non-resident withholding tax.

The record date for the dividend is 15 March 2016 and the payment date is 23
March 2016.

Based on today's opening market price of $0.90, the gross dividend of 1.40
cents per share equates to an annualised gross dividend yield of 6.2%.
