DIVIDEND: AUG: Final Quarter Dividend

Augusta Capital has provided an appendix 7 in relation to the company's
dividend for the quarter ended 31 March 2014. The gross dividend for the
quarter will be 1.3889 cents per share, consisting of 1.0 cent per share of
cash with 0.3889 cents per share of imputation credits attached.

The record date for the dividend will be Friday 16 May 2014, with payment
scheduled for Friday 23 May 2014.
