CBA Capital Australia Limited wishes to advise that the Dividend Rate on the
CBA
Capital Redeemable Preference Shares for the period 16 April 2012 to the next
reset
date, 15 April 2013, is 3.50% per annum payable quarterly. This figure is
equal to the Benchmark Rate on 16 April 2012, plus the Margin of 0.75% per
annum (adjusted to an equivalent quarterly rate).
