Dick must be spewing. He sold his shares to institutional share holders at bargain prices to increase liquidity (presumably so it can be included in the index). Since selling his stake the daily volume has barely moved. It is at 40k/day vs pre sale of 15k/day but if you exclude the one-off sale of 700,000 shares it is still at 17k/day. I guess the institutional share holders that purchased the shares. Not much odds of reaching the index given volume restrictions are based on the median daily trade volume.
If this got into the index I suspect it would fly. Such a tightly held register make index funds struggle to buy their required allotment of shares.
