please don’t be mistaken. This is simply hearsay. However it’s not the first time I personally have heard this. Simple answer as to why would a major shareholder take this deal is simple. They bought in around $0.20c they have held for 2-3 years and have got a 5x return. Holdings for longer risks more down side movement than upside and they get a clean return exit with upside. That is why they would negotiate a sale and agree at a lower value.
