If they are going to buyback then it should be minimum 10%
Anything else would be pointless, they diluted 7% the past year so it would be nice to see that come back but either way im happy. But I would obviously prefer the sweet divies. But if they can afford to do 7.5c-10c and a buyback that would be insane.
