to be honest TER is not really worth much more than current trading value. There is not enough of anything within their current tradable portfolio. Div is the main attraction. Nothing wrong with that but $1.50 $2.00 will not happen without a massive increase in coal or they open up further mining sites and sell it. $1.00 is the best you will get I would say. DYOR
that is why I hope the board squeeze every $ out of the ground and hand it over to the shareholders at 90% each quarter until there is no more coal or no more need for coal
