Dividend forecasts from Csec are a little less generous and payout percentages are not quoted:
35c 30c 26c for years 23', 24', 25'.
Forecasts seem to be varied - many variables. Perhaps even for the above figures it's best to apply some discount - particularly for later years.
Should the above figures materialize, the sum of all three year dividends would pay for the current share - even more so if franking is included.
