Ann: Dividend Declaration, page-500

Well boys and girls...after much deliberation I decided to take advantage of today's push above $1. Offloaded all my holding for around $1.02.
I'm not entirely convinced we'll see a solid move above $1.05 anytime soon (just my personal opinion) and while I was contemplating hanging on for the next div I wanted to book a healthy cap gain now instead of holding for the next div and the inevitable price drop post ex-date and the slow grind back up. I've banked a few great dividends and booked some very health cap gain so I'm a happy camper--thanks go to the good folks at TER. I remain very upbeat on TER and will buy in again on the next price dip. Good luck to all holders and enjoy your upcoming dividends. Have to say there a some really great contributors to this thread that I have learnt a great deal from. Cheers all.
