You need to remove 51% of the EBTIDA in South Africa. TER trick you with their quarterly report - TER only own 49% of South Africa operations but report 100% in their quarterly report. The South Africa operations is treated as an associate.
Technically TER is debt free, however there is $8 million of debt in South Africa, of which TER is saying $3.9 million is attributed to TER. However is South Africa is an associate, that debt shouldn't appear on TER balance sheet.
