As a counter to this... perhaps stay at 7.5c dividend and retain cash for next half year to offset any impacts from the weather in January. Delays at site. Delays on rail & at port will all add up. Unfortunately, these delays haven't translated into coal price gains - the delays & lost production will have a hit on revenue and (all things being equal) dramatically reduce profits for current quarter?

I'd much rather an announcement saying "we made big profits last half, but have been smashed by rain lately - therefore to maintain steady payouts we're holding cash forward to underpin next dividend".
