for me, this is has always been a concern, that dipping into future periods to pay a dividends for prior period profits is not want i want to necessarily see. I do believe this could end badly.
When you consider that they $70m they had at 30 Sep 2022 they still hadn't paid the 2022 tax of ~$40m and i strongly believe, with my knowledge of how PAYG tax instalments work, that they wouldn't not have paid any income tax for Q1 2023.
