Although slightly disappointing when looking at this dividend individually, it's not really to bad when you take full year dividend into account as stated by @RobertoQ.

.....and to be honest I can't really blame them for skimping on the dividend whilst we are in fairly uncertain economic conditions. I'd much rather them stock pile cash and be able to get through a few years of downturn and perhaps even have some cash in the coffers to make a value add acquisition if the markets to to poo than them getting into trouble and needing to raise equity at lower prices in the middle of a downturn.
