Last year dividend for the first half year was 5c per share which was announced on 26 Feb. Insiders might know dividend will be much lower this year reason why they are dumping in anticipation for bad news. Anyway soon we will know, so far a dividend of 2c seems to reflect current price. Surprise will be if dividend is maintained as business confidence is improving as per recent media reports.
