After second dividend for FY 2016 share price was $2.50 with 11c dividend. So return was 4.4% per share and instos were happy with that. Now, assuming final dividend stays at 3.5c (same) the return on a $1.2 share would be 5.8% (7c ÷ $1.20). Major issues have been addressed so in theory share price has hit bottom. They are advancing with online sales which is the way to go. I expect share price appreciation in medium term once the seller is out.
