Is the dividend investor holding back from purchasing AIZ due to being apprehensive of future earnings as the company held back on stating projections and has not come out and said that dividends are back instead naming the last dividend a special dividend?
Personally I feel that at this price the share is a bargain, however if it's not moving I must be only looking at one side of the coin, what concerns are there that's holding this share back ?
Why after paying a dividend juicier than the steak I had last night are investors not pouring in ? Fear of it being a one off ?
