You pay tax on franked & unfranked dividends at your same marginal tax rate, the franking credit offsets any liability.
If you don't have a liability you get the franking credit refunded or partially refunded.
Not all franking credits are at 30%, SME's below the threshold have 25% credits as they pay tax at 25%.
Everyone's circumstances are different as it depends on what other income you have & from what sources, as such people have different marginal tax rates.
As stated before, download your dividend remittance & give it to whoever does your taxes & they'll sort it out.
Just remember the tax that is charged will be higher on the Dec payment than the one from Jun so don't spend it all!
